The Hog House was packed for the home opener of the football season, as the Wild Hogs put up a good fight but fell to the Buffet Boys 76-66. New franchise owner, Randy Olson was happy with his team's performance. "I thought that Coach Boss Hog and the players came out with a good game plan, but a few missed opportunites and injuries hampered the team's effort, said Olson. "I'm sure we will bring home the bacon this week against the De-Pressers."
The Hogs will juggle their line-up a bit this week due to injuries to QB Chad Pennington, WR D.J. Hackett and WR Drew Bennett. Coach Boss Hog promises that his defense will rise to the occasion against Randy Moss and the De-Pressers. "We plan to hog-tie Moss and drag him through the mud," said Boss Hog. "He will learn that it's very difficult to catch a pass in the hog house."
